Service
BauQuote CH is software for managing requests, customers, projects, quotations and invoices. The application does not itself provide construction or architectural services.
User responsibility
Users review prices, quantities, taxes, contractual details, QR payment data and AI drafts before sending. Users are responsible for the legality of entered and uploaded content.
Accounts and access
Login details must not be shared. Companies manage their authorised members and roles. Misuse and unlawful use are prohibited.
Trial, subscriptions and prices
The free trial lasts 14 days. A paid Basis or Pro plan may then be selected. The price, billing period and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew for the displayed period until cancelled through the relevant payment or app-store service.
Electronic acceptance
A signature made through a personal customer link records acceptance of the displayed quotation. The sending company verifies identity, authority and contract terms before work begins.
Availability and liability
The provider aims to operate the service reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Cancellation and deletion
Account holders may request deletion of their BauQuote CH data through support. Data subject to statutory retention duties may be stored for the required period.
Governing law
Swiss law applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
