Privacy policy

We store data you enter or upload: account and company details, customer data, quotations, invoices, projects, time records, documents and photos. Security and connection data are also processed.

We process data to provide your account, create documents, manage projects, provide support, process payments and maintain security. We do not sell personal data for advertising.

AI features are used only when you select them. Required text, document content or images may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Review AI results before using them.

BauQuote CH uses Cloudflare/Sites for hosting, databases and file storage. Appropriate safeguards are used where processing occurs outside Switzerland.

Resend may be used for confirmations, password links, quotations and support messages. Email addresses, recipients, subject lines and message content are processed.

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and iOS purchases by Apple. They process payment and transaction data under their own privacy policies. BauQuote CH does not store full card details.
